Programme Outline
This masterclass is designed to deepen community nurses’ understanding of people with dementia, equipping them with essential skills to enhance the well-being of individuals living with dementia.
Participants will explore the concept of personhood and its critical role in relationship-centered care.
In-depth look at the three Ds—Dementia, Delirium, and Depression—examining their interconnections and the profound impact they have on individuals and their supporters.
Through reflective practice and evidence-based strategies, nurses will gain practical tools to refine their approach, improve symptom management, and elevate the quality of life for both patients and their families.
